Thank you for choosing A ACE Hotel. Please take note of the following important information regarding your stay:

🕒 Check-In / Check-Out Time

  • Check-in: After 3:00 PM on the day of reservation (After 4:00 PM during holidays and Lunar New Year)
  • Check-out: Before 12:00 PM on the day of departure (Before 11:00 AM during holidays and Lunar New Year)

🧾 Check-In Process

Our hotel operates a semi self-service check-in system.
The front desk is not open 24 hours.

  • The latest time for staff-assisted check-in is 5:30 PM.
    If you expect to arrive after 5:30 PM, please call us in advance to request your check-in code or bind your mobile number to the kiosk system.
  • Upon arrival, please check in via our self-service kiosk by entering your OTA order number, check-in code, or mobile number.
  • For check-out, please use the self-service kiosk by pressing the “Check-out” button on the main screen and inserting your room key as instructed.
    If this method fails, please drop your room key into the green mailbox located to the left of the kiosk to complete your check-out.
    Please note: No assistance is available outside staff hours.

📌 If you booked more than one room, please repeat the self-check-in process for each room. The kiosk will issue one key card per operation.


⚠️ Important Reminders

  • Starting January 1, 2025, due to EPA regulations, single-use amenities will no longer be provided for free.
  • Luggage storage is only available before check-in. After check-out, please use the lockers at Taichung Train Station or other paid services nearby.
  • Each room accommodates up to 2 adults and 1 child under 7 years old.
    Visitors must register at the front desk and leave within 30 minutes.
  • No smoking is allowed on the premises. A cleaning fee of NT$2,000 will be charged for violations, and cases will be reported to the health bureau.
  • Gambling, excessive drinking, parties, loud noise, and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited. Violators will be reported to the police.
  • Please keep your room key safe and take care of the room.
    Lost keys will incur a NT$200 replacement fee.
  • In case of vomit, food, or drink stains, please clean up after yourself or a cleaning fee starting from NT$1,000 may be charged.
  • No pets allowed. A NT$2,000 cleaning fee will be charged if pets are found, and future reservations will be refused.
  • For late check-out, please contact the front desk in advance to confirm availability. Extension fee starts from NT$200/hour.

🗓 Cancellation / Modification / No-Show Policy

  • Free cancellation/modification is allowed more than 3 days before check-in.
  • Cancellations within 3 days of check-in will be charged the full booking fee.
  • Failure to check-in as scheduled will be regarded as a “No-Show”, and no refund will be issued.

🧹 Housekeeping for Extended Stays

  • For multi-night stays, please hang the “Make Up Room” sign outside your door before 2:00 PM if you require cleaning service.
  • Bedsheets and pillowcases will only be changed on the third day of your stay.

🚗 Parking Information

The hotel does not offer dedicated parking.
Public street parking is available nearby and free at night.
Several paid parking lots are located within 500 meters of the hotel (search online for locations).
Please note: The hotel does not provide parking subsidies.
